Renovated House of the Year 2012 by ARKHD
The residence at Vesturströnd 12 receives the Envrironmental Award of Seltjarnarnes Municipality for 2012. The jury was unanimous that "the house has been renovated in exceptionaly good taste.
The choice of materials is very beautiful. The interaction between house and environment is very good."

101 Tækifæri
The book 101 Tækifæri by Snorri F. Hilmarsson has been published by Torfusamtökin in Iceland. The book is about the old historic city center of Reykjavík. Attention is drawn to the value of the old city center and the opportunities it contains. ARKHD´s proposal for lots on the corner of Laugavegur and Vatnsstígur are discussed in the book.

The book Salons der Diplomatie has been published by DOM publishers in Berlin It richly illustrates 40 chosen ambassadors’ residences in Berlin including the Icelandic one.
